1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych będzie Gmina Wolsztyn z siedzibą w Wolsztynie (64-200), ul. Rynek 1 reprezentowana przez Burmistrza Wolsztyna. Możesz skontaktować się z Administratorem pocztą tradycyjną na w/w adres, pocztą elektroniczną na adres e-mail: um@wolsztyn.pl. Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych, z którym może się Pani/Pan skontaktować poprzez e-mail: iod@wolsztyn.pl lub pisemnie na adres siedziby Burmistrza Wolsztyna. Z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych można się kontaktować we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz korzystania z praw związanych z przetwarzaniem danych.
2. Operatorem, będącym podmiotem przetwarzającym, działającym w imieniu i na rzecz Administratora jest: Nextbike Polska S.A. w restrukturyzacji z siedzibą w Warszawie (01-756), ul. Przasnyska 6b.
3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu: obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie przesłane za pośrednictwem formularza kontaktowego – podstawą prawną przetwarzania będzie interes publiczny (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. e RODO); jakim jest utrzymywanie kontaktu z klientami i prowadzenie korespondencji za pośrednictwem wskazanych przez Administratora narzędzi na podstawie art. 7 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r. o samorządzie gminnym dotyczącym zaspokajania zbiorowych potrzeb wspólnoty.
4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane dostawcom usług IT działającym na zlecenie Burmistrza Wolsztyna, doradcom Administratora oraz podmiotowi przetwarzającemu Nextbike Polska S.A. w restrukturyzacji. Administrator nie dokonuje transferu danych poza obszar EOG (do krajów trzecich).
5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi przez Burmistrza Wolsztyna
6. Jako że Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie interesu publicznego, przysługiwać będzie Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych, z przyczyn związanych z Pani/Pana szczególną sytuacją.
7. Przysługiwać będzie Pani/Panu prawo żądania dostępu do danych oraz prawo żądania ich sprostowania, ich usunięcia lub ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, a także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych w państwie członkowskim Pani/Pana zwykłego pobytu, miejsca pracy lub miejsca popełnienia domniemanego naruszenia.
8. Podanie danych osobowych jest konieczne do obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie przez Burmistrza Wolsztyna. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na przesłane przez Panią/Pana pytanie.
9. Dane osobowe nie będę profilowane, ani wykorzystywane do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji.

1. The Administrator of your personal data will be the Municipality of Wolsztyn with its seat in Wolsztyn (64-200), ul Rynek 1, represented by the Mayor of Wolsztyn. You can contact the Administrator by post at the aforementioned address, by e-mail at: um@wolsztyn.pl. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact by e-mail: iod@wolsztyn.pl or in writing to the registered office address of the Mayor of Wolsztyn. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted in all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.
2. The Operator, being the data processor, acting for and on behalf of the Administrator is: Nextbike Polska S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (01-756), ul. Przasnyska 6b.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to: handle a request or answer a question sent via the contact form - the legal basis for the processing will be the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR); which is to maintain contact with customers and conduct correspondence through the tools indicated by the Administrator on the basis of Article 7 of the Act of 8 March 1990 on municipal self-government concerning the fulfillment of collective community needs.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers acting on behalf of the Mayor of Wolsztyn, the Administrator's advisors and the processing entity Nextbike Polska S.A. in restructuring. The Administrator does not transfer data outside the EEA (to third countries).
5. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the Mayor of Wolsztyn to process your request or respond to your inquiry.
6. Since your personal data will be processed on grounds of public interest, you will have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
7. You will have the right to request access to your data and the right to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged infringement was committed.
8. Providing personal data is required to process a request or to receive an answer from the Mayor of Wolsztyn. Unprovided personal data will make it impossible to process your request or to answer your question.

Der Administrator hat einen Datenschutzbeauftragten ernannt, den Sie per E-Mail kontaktieren können: iod@wolsztyn.pl oder schriftlich an den Sitz des Bürgermeisters von Wolsztyn. Der Datenschutzbeauftragte kann in allen Fragen der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten und der Ausübung von Rechten im Zusammenhang mit der Datenverarbeitung kontaktiert werden.
2. Der Betreiber, der als Datenverarbeiter für und im Namen des Verwalters handelt, ist: Nextbike Polska S.A. in Umstrukturierung mit Sitz in Warschau (01-756), ul. Przasnyska 6b.
3. Ihre Personendaten werden verarbeitet, um: eine Anfrage zu bearbeiten oder eine Frage zu beantworten, die über das Kontaktformular gesendet wurde - die Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung ist das öffentliche Interesse (Artikel 6(1)(e) DSGVO); das darin besteht, den Kontakt mit den Kunden aufrechtzuerhalten und die Korrespondenz über die vom Verwalter auf der Grundlage von Artikel 7 des Gesetzes vom 8. März 1990 über die kommunale Selbstverwaltung bezüglich der Erfüllung der kollektiven Gemeinschaftsbedürfnisse angegebenen Instrumente zu führen.
4. Ihre Personendaten können an IT-Dienstleister, die im Namen des Bürgermeisters von Wolsztyn handeln, an die Berater des Verwalters und an die verarbeitende Einheit Nextbike Polska S.A. in Umstrukturierung übermittelt werden. Der Verwalter überträgt keine Daten außerhalb des EWR (in Drittländer).
5. Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden so lange verarbeitet, wie es für den Bürgermeister von Wolsztyn erforderlich ist, um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten oder zu beantworten.
6. Da Ihre Personendaten aus Gründen des öffentlichen Interesses verarbeitet werden, haben Sie das Recht, aus Gründen, die sich auf Ihre individuelle Situation beziehen, Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer Personendaten einzulegen.
7. Sie haben das Recht, Zugang zu Ihren Daten zu erhalten und deren Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zu verlangen sowie eine Beschwerde bei der für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde des Mitgliedstaats, in dem Sie Ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt, Ihren Arbeitsplatz oder den Ort des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes haben, einzureichen.
